Engagement Terms

To formally engage MDT Property Group as your dedicated Buyer Advisor, we require a signed engagement letter that outlines the scope of work and your investment goals. This agreement ensures that we can provide tailored, strategic guidance and prioritise your brief with the attention it deserves.

The engagement is valid for a period of six months, during which we will actively source, vet, and negotiate property opportunities that meet your requirements. This timeframe allows us to work with focus and urgency, while giving you flexibility and time to make the right decision.

Negotiation & Offer

We negotiate directly with owners, developers, or agents to secure the best deal and cleanest terms cutting through the fluff and games the locals like to play, avoiding common traps (like fake discounts or manipulated timelines).

Secure Deposits & Offer Management
